The Lambeth Country Show will return to Brockwell Park on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 July 2020, boasting a unique line-up that celebrates the very best of the city and countryside. With over 120,000 people attending in 2019, the show is one of the biggest public events in the UK.

You can expect all the attractions of a traditional country show plus much more. Horticultural shows, sheep dog & owl displays, home grown vegetable and flower competitions, numerous craft & food stalls and a very own on site farm will be there for all to enjoy. All this will be on offer and more with a distinctively urban south London vibe.

Music always plays a big part to the show too featuring a mix of dub, afro-beat, disco, folk, ska and soul. Sunday will welcome back Roots Reggae Day to the Main Stage and our Village Green stage will showcase an eclectic mix of local talent playing acoustic folk, soul and pop, along with steel orchestras and samba bands.

Now in its 47th year, the show is organised by EventLambeth. It is part funded by Lambeth Council along with commercial sponsorship and funding each year.

The Lambeth Country Show is an opportunity to model sustainable behaviour and engage with the community of Lambeth and beyond on how we can reduce the resources that we use and why this is important to Lambeth, to London and the planet.

What are we doing to reduce our impact on the environment?

LCS budget

The Lambeth Country Show remained free in 2018 for all to enjoy. The cost of producing a show of this scale is increasing each year for various reasons such as health & safety, security and medical. We have published a full budget to demonstrate how public money is spent on the show.

How is the money spent to produce the show?
